I grew up in San Jose and spent nearly a decade in Bay Area tech — SDR, AE, sales manager, Founding AE through an acquisition by Cisco, and eventually Head of Sales at an AI startup. I studied Economics and Psychology at SJSU. What that career gave me isn't just a résumé — it's a way of thinking about markets, negotiations, and people that I bring to every client I work with.
When it comes to selling, I approach every listing the way a growth team approaches a product launch: pricing grounded in data, exposure across every channel that actually moves buyers, and a narrative that makes your home the one people remember. I've built pipelines, run campaigns, and closed deals under real pressure. Your listing gets a strategy — not just a sign in the yard.
For buyers, I negotiate the way I've always negotiated — knowing when to push and when to hold, and able to read the other side of the table. I'll give you an honest assessment at every step, and because I also invest in Bay Area real estate myself, I'm not advising from theory. I'm in the same market you are, with skin in the game.
